XingCai latest webpage is about scientist training rats to be gamblers. From the surface of it, the concept sounds interesting but it is nothing like the making of the God of Gamblers movie kind of stuff.
Scientist custom made a slot machine for these rodents to gamble to see if they will end up being landu (pathological gamblers) just like humans. Now, this is beginning to sound comical. Yes, it tickles me too but researchers were trying to find a drug to cure the landu rats. Hopefully the same cure could be used for humans.
Like SavySeph, I believe in a mental cure for mental addiction, so this cure still has a long way to go. Ironically these rats turned out to be as landu as humans. The rats even knows how to chase near wins. These research know that the real slot has near wins as the inherent features and they custom made their research accordingly.

I am amazed with XingCai's efforts to pick of using this SavySeph's brain by looking for clues in the 36 Gambling Tips. XingCai, I applaud you for being on the right track. You need to move away from the academic approach and see a gambler's perspective to better understand gambling addiction. I see you getting closer but still not hitting the target. Perhaps SavySeph can give you some pointers to set you in the right path. I think it would be a good idea if you get SavySeph to contribute a write up on addiction on your website. You did not mind drawing for her so why not contribute an article.
